Abstract
Pour savoir si les produits du gène de l'hémagglutinine (HA) H1 et H2 sont reconnus par les lymphocytes T cytotoxiques (CTL) à réaction croisée, on met au point des recombinants du virus de la vaccine contenant des copies de DNA des gènes HA de PR8 (A/Puerto Rico/8/34) [H1N1] ou JAP(A/JAP/305)H2N2) et on s'aperçoit que HA n'est qu'un antigène cible de seconde catégorie pour les CTL à réaction croisée
